When buying tokens on the PRYPCO Mint Marketplace, you will incur certain transaction-related fees.
The total cost depends on:
Your selected payment method
The token price (discount or premium)
Applicable regulatory and platform fees
All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Buyer fees breakdown
1. PRYPCO Mint fee
2% of the transaction value
2. DLD fee
2% of the transaction value
(Lower than the usual 4% DLD fee for traditional property purchases)
The DLD fee calculation depends on pricing:
If purchasing tokens at a discount, the DLD fee is calculated based on the property valuation
If purchasing tokens at a premium, the DLD fee is calculated based on the listing price
3. Tokenization fee
0.1% of the transaction value
Capped at AED 850
4. Processing fees (depending on payment method)
Card payments: 0.85% of the transaction value
Bank transfer: No processing fee
Wallet payment: No processing fee
