When you sell property tokens on the PRYPCO Mint Marketplace, a transaction fee applies once your sale is executed.
There are no charges for simply listing your tokens — fees apply only if your tokens are successfully sold.
Exit fee
When your tokens are purchased by another investor:
Exit fee: 1% of the transaction value
This fee is deducted from the total sale amount before funds are credited to your PRYPCO Mint Wallet.
Important to know
There is no fee to create a listing.
The fee applies only once a transaction is successfully completed.
If your listing is cancelled or remains unsold, no fee is charged.
