Only eligible PRYPCO Mint users can buy and sell tokens on the Marketplace.
To participate, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Have an Emirates ID valid for at least 3 months
Have a passport valid for at least 3 months
Hold a verified PRYPCO Mint account
Be registered on the Dubai REST app and have an active UAE Pass-linked account
⚠️ Registration on the Dubai REST app is required, as your token ownership is recorded through the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Being registered on Dubai REST doesn't always mean this step is fully complete — there can be an additional DLD verification step needed before you can transact. If your purchase option is still unavailable after registering, our team can check your account and confirm what's outstanding. In the meantime, you can invest in Gold on PRYPCO Mint, which doesn't require this additional step.
Selling tokens:
Tokens can be listed for sale after the 3-month lock-in period from the date the property was originally funded.
Buying tokens:
Any investor who meets the eligibility and verification requirements can purchase tokens listed on the PRYPCO Mint Marketplace, as long as tokens are available.
This ensures all marketplace activity remains secure, transparent, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
