It provides ongoing liquidity, allowing you to increase your investment or exit partially or fully — without waiting for the entire property to be sold.
How it works
Investors can list their tokens for sale after the 3-month lock-in period (from the original property funding date)
The minimum listing amount is AED 500 worth of tokens
Buyers can browse live listings, token prices, and property valuations
Transactions are completed fully online through the PRYPCO Mint app

Pricing range: Sellers can price their tokens up to 15% above or below the current property valuation
