There are no platform fees and no commission splits, so agents retain the full referral commission.
When is commission paid?
Mortgage referral commission is paid after successful mortgage disbursement and title deed issuance.
Collect points for Mortgages
In addition to cash commission:
Agents earn 1,500 Collect points for every AED 1 million of mortgage value
If the referred mortgage amount is above AED 5 million, agents earn double Collect points
This rewards agents for both volume and high-value transactions.
