All mortgage referrals must be submitted through the PRYPCO One app. This securely verifies the referral, links ownership to your agent account, and protects your commission. Website or informal submissions are not supported.
Once submitted, the referral is assigned to a dedicated PRYPCO Mortgage Advisor who manages the case end-to-end.
Agents can track progress directly in PRYPCO One App. The assigned advisor remains available for updates and coordination.
Referrals may be withdrawn only if the case has not reached an advanced stage. Agents should inform the assigned advisor as early as possible.
