A formal submission made by an agent through PRYPCO One to introduce a client for Mortgage or Golden Visa services. Only referrals submitted through PRYPCO One are recognized for ownership and commission purposes.
Assigned Advisor
The PRYPCO Mortgage or Golden Visa specialist allocated to manage a referral from initial contact through completion. The assigned advisor is the primary point of coordination for the case.
Mortgage Disbursement
The stage at which the bank releases the approved loan amount to the seller or developer, completing the mortgage transaction. Mortgage disbursement marks the completion milestone for commission eligibility.
Golden Visa Category
The specific eligibility route under which a client applies for a UAE Golden Visa, such as property-based or investment-based categories, subject to prevailing government regulations.
Collect Points
A rewards mechanism linked to eligible referrals, where agents earn points based on completed transactions. Points may be subject to program rules, thresholds, and redemption terms.
Pre-Approval
An initial assessment by a bank indicating how much a client may be eligible to borrow, based on financial and credit checks. Pre-approval is indicative and does not guarantee final approval.
Commission Payout
The release of earned commission to the agent after successful completion and validation of the referred transaction, in line with PRYPCO’s commission policy.
