Once you invest in a property on PRYPCO Mint, your tokens are recorded on the blockchain and reflected in two places:
Your PRYPCO Mint Wallet
The Dubai REST app
Both platforms give you visibility into your ownership and allow you to access your official certificate.
View your tokens on the PRYPCO Mint app
You can track your tokens directly inside the PRYPCO Mint app.
Open the PRYPCO Mint app
Go to Wallet
Tap on the Tokens tab
Select a property to view your token balance
Here, you’ll see:
The number of tokens you own per property
Access to download your ownership certificate
View your tokens on the Dubai REST app
Your token ownership is also reflected on the official Dubai Land Department system through the Dubai REST app.
Open the Dubai REST app
Log in using UAE Pass
Go to Property Wallet
View your tokenized property ownership
This allows you to download your DLD-issued certificate of ownership directly from the app.
Important
If you recently purchased tokens, allow a few minutes for settlement and certificate generation.
If you cannot see your tokens, ensure you are logged in with the correct UAE Pass account linked to your PRYPCO Mint profile.
