Make sure you have:
A fully funded investment: you’ll receive an email once your tokens are allocated.
The Dubai REST mobile app (App Store or Google Play).
An active UAE Pass to sign in securely.
Download via the Dubai REST app
Open Dubai REST and sign in with UAE Pass.
Go to Property Wallet: all properties linked to your Emirates ID appear here.
Tap your PRYPCO Mint property.
Select Download certificate. The PDF saves to your device and is legally recognised by the DLD.
Download inside PRYPCO Mint
Log in to your PRYPCO Mint mobile application
Navigate to My Wallet → Tokens.
Locate the property and click Download certificate — the same DLD-issued PDF opens instantly.
