Document requirements
⚠️ Important
To start the verification process (including document scanning and selfie checks), you must enable camera access for the PRYPCO Mint app in your device settings. Please make sure camera access is enabled, as it’s needed to scan your documents and complete identity verification.
To avoid delays during verification, ensure:
Documents are clear, complete, and readable. Always scan original documents, such as your national ID.
Avoid using photocopies, screenshots, or blurred images — this helps the system recognise your details quickly.
For the selfie verification, make sure your camera permissions are enabled in your phone settings before starting. Make sure to hold your device steady and be in a well-lit area for smoother verification.
💡 Tip: If your liveness check fails, close and reopen the app, then try again with your camera positioned at eye level.
