Eligibility on PRYPCO Mint depends on which product you'd like to invest in. Tokenized real estate and Gold have different requirements.
Investing in Gold
Gold is open to a wider range of investors, including those based outside the UAE.
To invest in Gold, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid passport for at least 3 months
Complete identity verification (KYC)

Investing in tokenized real estate
Tokenized real estate is currently available to Emirates ID holders only, in line with regulatory requirements.
To invest in tokenized real estate, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Have an Emirates ID valid for at least 3 months
Have a passport valid for at least 3 months
Complete identity verification (KYC)
Register on the Dubai REST app

Note: PRYPCO Mint is working with regulators and partners to expand eligibility for tokenized real estate in future phases.

Both products require identity verification (KYC) before you can invest. PRYPCO Mint operates under regulatory oversight and must verify investor identity to meet compliance obligations and protect investors on the platform.
