I don't have a proof of address document in my name - what can I do?

If you don’t have a utility bill in your name, there are alternative ways to complete address verification on PRYPCO Mint.

Option 1: If you don’t have a utility bill or tenancy contract in your name, you can submit a different document that shows your name and address, such as:

  • A bank statement

  • A mobile phone bill

  • Other official correspondence showing your name and address

Option 2: If you live with a family member or someone else and the address document is not in your name, you’ll need to provide:

  • The proof of address document in the third party’s name

  • A copy of the third party’s passport or government-issued ID

  • A letter or No Objection Certificate (NOC), which is a short written confirmation from the person whose name appears on the address document (i.e., a family member, landlord, or flatmate).

It should confirm that you live at the stated address, and the person has no objection to you using that address for verification purposes
