You can sell up to 100% of the tokens you own in a property.
There is no upper cap beyond your current holdings.
How it works
When listing tokens:
You may choose to sell a portion of your tokens
Or sell all your tokens in that property
The only minimum requirement is that each listing must be worth at least AED 500
As long as the 3-month lock-in period has passed (from the original property funding date), you are free to list any amount up to your full balance.
Important to know
You cannot sell more tokens than you currently own.
If you partially sell your tokens, your ownership certificate is automatically updated to reflect your remaining balance.
Listing does not guarantee a sale — it depends on buyer demand.
