Each property is reviewed by PRYPCO’s real estate and investment teams before being made available to investors. The assessment focuses on key factors such as location, asset quality, rental demand, pricing, and long-term investment potential.
Properties must be fully ready for tokenization and meet legal and regulatory requirements. This includes title deed verification, valuation by an independent third party, and confirmation that the asset can be registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
Only properties that pass all commercial, legal, and operational checks are tokenized and listed on PRYPCO Mint. Supporting documents, including valuation reports and investment materials, are made available to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
