Each property on PRYPCO Mint is divided into tokens based on its size and purchase price.
Every 1 square meter of a property is divided into 10,000 tokens. The total number of tokens is determined by the property’s size, and the price per token is calculated by dividing the property purchase price by the total number of tokens.
👉 Example:
A property with a size of 130 sqm is divided into 1,300,000 tokens.
If the property purchase price is AED 2,600,000, the price per token would be AED 2.
