How to invest on PRYPCO Mint

PRYPCO Mint allows you to invest in Dubai real estate through tokenized ownership, starting from AED 2,000. Each investment is backed by real property, recorded on the blockchain, and registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

1. Create your account
​Sign up on the PRYPCO Mint platform using your email address. Once your account is created, you’ll be prompted to complete identity verification.

2. Complete identity verification (KYC)
​Upload the required documents, including a valid Emirates ID and a proof of address (such as a utility bill, Ejari, or bank statement). Verification must be approved before you can invest.

​Important: PRYPCO Mint is currently available to Emirates ID holders only.
​

3. Browse available properties
​Once your account is verified, you can explore live tokenized properties on the platform. Each property page includes key details such as the listing price, market valuation, price per token, total number of tokens, and expected returns.

You’ll also find supporting documents, including the property brochure, valuation report, whitepaper, investment memorandum, and financial projections.

4. Choose your investment amount
​Select how much you want to invest based on the token price of the property. The minimum investment amount across all properties is AED 2,000.

5. Complete payment
​Proceed to payment using a bank transfer or debit/credit card.
​

6. Receive your tokens
​After payment is completed, tokens are allocated to your PRYPCO Mint Wallet. Your ownership is officially recorded and linked to a DLD-issued token ownership certificate.

You can monitor your tokens, ownership details, and investment performance through your PRYPCO Mint Wallet. Your ownership is also visible in the Dubai REST app.
