To buy Blocks during the Exit Window, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
The buyer must have their profile approved on the PRYPCO Blocks platform to participate in the secondary listings.
The buyer does not require any prior investment in PRYPCO Blocks.
The buyer’s total ownership in a property (across both primary and secondary investments) must not exceed 33%.
The new Exit Window investment must not exceed the investor’s annual investment limit.
Annual investment limit: USD 100,000
Property limit: 33% ownership
