Mortgage documents for self-employed buyers

For self-employed applicants, banks generally require additional business-related documentation to assess income stability:

  • Passport, Emirates ID, and valid UAE visa

  • Valid trade license

  • Company bank statements (last 6–12 months)

  • Personal bank statements (last 6 months)

  • UAE credit report

  • Audited financial statements (if available)

  • Details of existing loans or liabilities

For the full mortgage process, property-related documents are also required:

  • Signed sale agreement / MOU

  • Title deed (for ready property) or Oqood (for off-plan property)

  • Property details (project name, unit number, size, and location)

Your PRYPCO Mortgage Advisor will review your profile and confirm the final document list based on bank requirements and your business structure.
