How long does it take for funds to reflect in my wallet?
Instant bank transfers and card payments are usually processed immediately
Regular bank transfers may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank
Is there a minimum amount to add funds?
You can deposit any amount, but investments start from AED 2,000
What should I do if my funds don’t appear?
Check your payment status (confirmation screen, bank app, or card statement)
Allow for processing time depending on the method used:
Instant transfers & cards → usually immediate
Bank transfers → may take a few business days
