Selling or reducing a qualifying investment may affect your Golden Visa status. You must continue to meet the eligibility criteria at all times.
If your visa was issued based on a qualifying property (for example, AED 2 million), you must either:
Transfer the visa to another qualifying property, or
Convert to another eligible visa category
If neither is done, selling the property may result in cancellation or non-renewal of your Golden Visa.
