📈 How returns are generated
Returns from a Flip the Blocks investment depend on several factors, including:
The final sale price of the property
Renovation and transaction costs
Market conditions at the time of sale
Once the property is sold:
Sale proceeds are collected by the SPV
The SPV is liquidated
Net proceeds are distributed to investors based on their ownership share
⏳ When are returns paid?
Unlike standard PRYPCO Blocks investments:
Flip investments do not pay monthly rental dividends
Returns are paid at the end of the project, after the property is sold
This makes Flip a project-based investment, rather than an income-generating one.
