The Cooling-Off Period is the first 48 hours after a property is fully funded, during which you may cancel your investment.
Critical condition:
👉 This applies only once your investment has been assigned to a specific property, and is visible in your Portfolio section under “Your Investments.”
When does the Cooling-Off Period start?
The Cooling-Off Period:
Starts after the property reaches full funding
Lasts for 48 hours
Applies only once the investment is assigned to a specific property
👉 All the investors will be notified when the property is fully funded.
When can you cancel their investment?
You may cancel your investment only if you request cancellation within the first 48 hours after the property is fully funded, and your investment has been assigned to that property.
If cancelled:
Funds are returned to your PRYPCO Blocks wallet
You may withdraw or reinvest the funds
*Please note that promo codes used for the investment are not refundable. If you have used any of your existing reward points towards this investment, they would be refundable, in line with the rewards policy.
When can you NOT cancel?
You cannot cancel your investment if:
The 48-hour Cooling-Off Period has ended
The investment has been confirmed and applied toward acquiring the property
Once the Cooling-Off Period ends, the investment is final and non-cancellable.
