You can access all your transactions and account data from the Portfolio tab at the bottom of the PRYPCO Blocks app.
What you can view in your Portfolio
From the Portfolio tab (accessible from the bottom of the app), you can see:
Investment summary (total portfolio value, amount invested, ROI)
Unrealised appreciation and valuation changes
Rental income to date
Individual property performance
Your Blocks and ownership percentage
Transaction history related to your investments
All figures are updated based on the latest available data.
Monthly statements (Statement of Account – SOA)
Your Statement of Account (SOA) is a consolidated monthly statement that provides a detailed snapshot of your activity and balances for a specific period. A new SOA is generated at the beginning of each month.
Your monthly Statement of Account (SOA) includes:
Portfolio summary
Dividend payout summary
Wallet balance summary (funds and reward points)
Investment activity summary
Detailed transaction history
You can view and download your monthly statements directly from the app, through the Wallet tab.
