Only your address details can be updated directly through your PRYPCO Blocks account. All other changes, including email or phone number updates, require support assistance due to security and regulatory requirements.
What you can update yourself
From your account settings, you can update:
Address details
Changes to your address are applied directly once saved.
What requires support assistance
For security and regulatory reasons, the following details cannot be updated directly by customers:
Email address
Phone number
Legal name
Verified identity or personal/identity documents
If you need to update any of these, please send an email to our support team at discover.blocks@prypco.com using your PRYPCO Blocks account registered email. The team may request additional information or documents to process your request.
