To verify your PRYPCO Blocks account, you need to upload one proof of address (PoA) document from this list:
Tenancy contract or title deed
Utility bill, such as DEWA or SEWA if you live in the UAE
Bank statement or credit card statement
Mobile or internet bill (non-UAE residents only)
Your document must show:
Your full name, exactly as it appears on your passport or Emirates ID
Your residential address. Commercial or office addresses aren’t accepted.
Your full address details, including your villa or apartment number
A date within the last 3 months. Title deeds and active tenancy contracts don’t need to meet this.
Why was my proof of address rejected?
These are the most common reasons:
You uploaded an Etisalat or du bill. For UAE residents, these aren’t accepted as PoA. Upload a DEWA or SEWA bill, a bank statement or a tenancy contract instead.
The document is older than 3 months. Upload a more recent bill or statement.
The address is a work or company address. Upload a document showing where you live.
The villa or apartment number is missing. Upload a document that shows your full address.
The name doesn’t match your ID. The name on your PoA must match your passport or Emirates ID.
